Do you offer refunds?

We do not generally offer refunds for digital licenses. If something went wrong with your order, email support@iterated.ai and we will take a careful look.

Do I get lifetime access?

Yes. The Founder Plan includes Iterated V1 and every V1 desktop release. Hosted services such as cloud sync, hosted inference, team features, and anything that depends on Iterated-operated servers may be offered separately. Future major versions are not included in the V1 license.

Does Iterated have a mobile app?

It is coming soon. The iOS Remote Control App is currently moving through the App Store approval process.

Can I run this on my machine?

If your Mac runs macOS 14 or newer, you can run Iterated. Apple Silicon is recommended for the smoothest experience.

Is voice included?

Voice tools are included, but usage is not bundled. Bring your own OpenAI Realtime API key and pay your provider directly for what you use.

Is inference included?

No. Bring your own provider account for a supported terminal agent such as Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Gemini CLI, or Kimi CLI. Your provider bills you directly.

What happens after checkout?

We email a secure access link to the address used at checkout. That link creates or signs in your account and takes you directly to the latest Iterated download.

Will V1 updates cost extra?

No. Every Iterated V1 desktop release is included with your Founder Plan.
